Absence due to holidays, days off for childcare etc. must be agreed with your manager and you must fill in and submit forms to the person responsible for handling absence at the department/office:

The absence must be reported in ScanPas.
The information is used both for keeping track of holidays and for regulating pay to employees who have taken paid holidays without holiday entitlements or who have earned holidays based on a higher working hour norm than the one that applies to the holiday taken.
Enter the details about absence due to illness and submit them to the Danish Ministry of Finance illness statistics.
