Absence, unexcused
As an employee at LIFE, you have a duty to show up for work and at the agreed time.
If you fail to show up for work or are repeatedly late for work, this may be considered unexcused absence from work. The same applies if you do not report sickness properly.
Such situations are considered a breach of your employment contract and may result in HR taking action, either in the form of a warning, dismissal or, at worst, expulsion.
