MUS
LIFE’s competence development strategy states that Personal Development Reviews (Danish abbreviation: MUS) are used as tools for the development of the employees' individual competences.
The MUS should be an open, honest and positive dialogue which primary aim is to further the personal development of the employee!
LIFE introduced obligatory MUS in 1997. All employees who have been employed for more than one year should be offered the chance to conduct a PDR with their closest manager. Teaching assistants, student teachers, student assistants, external examiners and external associate professors are, however, exempt.
