Congress for veterinary students from all over the world

From 8 -18 July, IVSA Danmark hosted The 59th IVSA Summer Congress. IVSA stands for International Veterinary Students’ Association and has more than 25,000 members all over the world.

IVSA Danmark is a member of IVSA international and is responsible for the distribution of travel grants and the holding of the ’Smediefest’ party and the ‘Smedierevy’ revue. This year IVSA Denmark was also responsible for organising and hosting the summer congress.

For ten days, 110 foreign veterinary students visited Denmark and LIFE. LIFE was the centre of many activities, including lectures, general assemblies, exercises and guided tours. The congress was a great success and the foreign veterinary students were impressed with our facilities here at LIFE.
