DHL fun run on Monday: cheer your favourite LIFE team

Next week, the park 'Fælledparken' close to the national stadium in central Copenhagen will be full of runners every afternoon. It is time for the annual 'DHL stafetten', DHL fun run/relay, the world's largest fun run for company and organisation teams.

On Monday 30 August, it will be University of Copenhagen's turn. With 390 teams and around 1,950 runners, University of Copenhagen is one of the organisations with the highest number of participants. So on the afternoon and evening of Monday 30 August, University of Copenhagen (KU) staff and students will be very visible in Fælledparken.

KU will have tents for the runners and supporters in Fælledparken. The tents open at 17:00 and the first runners from KU start at 18:00.

Out of the 390 teams, 60 will be from LIFE. And LIFE can also boast last year's winning team, FOI1.

The University Post is closely following developments in the rivalry between last year's winners from the Institute of Food and Resource Economics at LIFE and the team that came second, the physicists' team.
