OPUS - supermarket study and sleep
Under the heading 'Rye bread wins dieticians’ hearts', the University Post last week described a study testing the health benefits of New Nordic Diet which is part of the research project OPUS that is carried out at LIFE. The research project involves several work packages, one of which is the supermarket model.
In connection with the study, test persons "shop" in a supermarket that has been developed at Bülowsvej.
