Workshop: Value added processing of indigenous fermented food

Department of Food Science organises a præsymposium in the form of a workshop: "Value added processing of indigenous fermented food" in conenction with the internationale symposium "Food Micro 2010" in Bella Center on 30 August to 3 September 2010.

 

The workshop is held on Monday 30 August 2010 at 9:00-17:00 in auditorium 3-13.
