Professor Wender Bredie wins research funding
Professor Wender Bredie wins research funding from the Danish Council for Strategic Research.
Professor Wender Bredie and the Sensory Science group at Department of Food Science, has been given research funding of DKK 18,1 mill from the Danish Council for Strategic Research (Health, Food and Welfare). The title of their project is: Sensory food satisfaction in promoting healthy and sustainable eating behaviour".
