Professor Søren Balling Engelsen, Department of Food Science, 50

Søren Balling Engelsen, professor of Plant Food Science and head of the Quality & Technology Group at Department of Food Science at LIFE turns 50 on 30 January 2011.

 

Søren Balling Engelsen was employed as lecturer in 1995 and he later went on to become associate professor of Spectroskopy and Molecular Modelling at the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University as that in 2008 became part of University of Copenhagen.

In 2004, Engelsen was appointed professor of Plant Food Science.
