Course number

To be filled in by the central PhD administration.

Main Title

Write the titel of the course - remember that, as a rule, it must be in English.

Course dates

Clearly state the dates of the course, eg "17 - 22 May 2011" or "1, 2, 3 and 5 May 2011".

Course abstract

Enter a brief and concise description of the subject and object of the course. Please write in English.

Course homepage

Please state a course homepage, if any. Remember to start with "http://".

Course Registration

Describe how registration for the course takes place. For instance: "To sign up for the course, please send an e-mail to Preben Elkjær at xx@life.ku.dk". "Please also remember to add the course to your PhD plan"

Deadline for registration

State the deadline for registration. Please remember to write in English.

Main Department

Chose the main department.

Assisting department

Choose assisting departments, if any. If there are more assisting departments, click on "More assisting departments".

Research School

If relevant, state the research school (FUP).

External assisting partners

State the name of possible external partners, eg "Novozymes". If you want to describe the external partner in more detail, please use the space for notes below. Please write in English.

Language of instruction

Choose language of instruction. Remember that, as a rule, it will be English for PhD courses.

Organisation of Teaching

State where the course will take place. It MUST be stated here if the teaching takes place anywhere else than at Frederiksberg, as students need to be able to plan. Please write in English.

Credits

State ECTS credits. For instance: "2.5"

Restrictions

State maximum number of participants in the course. Please also indicate if specific students are to be given priority to the course. If there are no restrictions, please write "No restrictions".

The course coordinators are chosen directly from the Faculty's register database. Several course coordinators may be chosen. The course coordinator listed at the top is the main course coordinator.

Please state other lecturers, if any, on the couse who cannot be drawn from the register database.

State course costs, if any, such as expenses related to chemicals or lab use. E.g."All course participant must pay course costs (laboratory expenses) - DKK XXX"

Type of evaluation

State type of evaluation. E.g."In order to pass the course, all participants must hand in a 10-page report at the end of the course".
