Danish Agency for International Education (formerly CIRIUS)
Here you can find relevant material about CIRIUS, the authority within the Danish Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, which evaluates Non-Danish university programmes and degrees. And here is information information about having your non-Danish degree assessed.
And here is the link to the assessment database, where you can search to see if a non-Danish education has already been evaluated.

Here are three examples of a good PhD plan. Please notice that the form used for the PhD plans has recently been updated (and so is different from the one used in the examples). The three examples are meant to provide a helpful indication of the level of detail that we ask for in PhD plans.
