KVL heads huge EU research project - 03.10.2006

KVL will be in charge of the biggest ever EU research project on meat quality. The project has a DKK 180 million budget and will focus on pork production and involve scientific areas such as: fodder, genetics, consumer behaviour and a number of adjacent academic disciplines. The aim of the project is to contribute to a continued strong position on the world market for Danish and European pork.
