KVL professor on the Thomson Scientific top 10 - 20.09.2006

Denmark is currently experiencing an increase in societal interest in food and health.
This interest can also be seen in a recent list of the world's most cited research from Thomson Scientific.

 

Professor Leif Skibsted of KVL's Department of Food Science can thus be found on the Thomson Scientific top 10 in the agricultura and food science category. The Thomson Scientific ScienceWatch list monitors and indexes the main bulk of scientific journals in the world.

 

Professor Leif Skibsted's main area of scientific interest is natural antioxidants in relation to food nutritional value, shelf-life and flavour.
