Partners

The Faculty of Life Sciences has approximately 150 formalised partnerships with universities all over the world, which represent a wide
spectrum of expertise and opportunities for collaboration within education and research.
The partnerships are either Erasmus agreements, bilateral agreements, network collaboration or strategic partnerships. The partnerships are evaluated on a regular basis and the goal is to bring some of the agreements from a visionary stage to a more operational and effective stage. This is done to strengthen and focus a number of strategic alliances within the faculty's scientific areas of expertise.
Besides the formalised partnerships, the personal networks and collaboration agreements of lecturers and researchers consitute a significant basis for knowledge sharing and capacity building.
