Management Secretariat
Objects and tasks:
The Management Secretariat provides secretarial assistance to the Faculty Management and a number of councils and committees.
The Secretariat’s main tasks are:
- Providing advice and managerial reporting to the Deanship and the Faculty Director
- Development activities, including Faculty strategy, development contracts, plans of action, etc.
- Managing the Faculty's external interests and representation
- Management, coordination and planning for the entire Faculty
- Keeping accounts for a number of joint functions in Faculty Services
- Secretariat for Academic Council, Central Management Forum (CLF), LIFE's Climate Panel and meeting of the Faculty Management
- Providing support to participation in external forums (eg Management Team)
- Providing services to the Dean and Vice-deans
The Head of the Management Secretariat is Tina Lewis, who is also the head of the Business Affairs Office
