Tenancy Agreement (private accommodation)

If you are staying in Private Accommodation we recommend that you draw up and sign a tenancy agreement with your landlord upon your arrival.

Make sure the agreement states your rent per month and your deposit.
Please note that the tenancy agreement can be terminated by either party. The term of notice must be end of month plus 30 days, and the room should always be vacated on the last day of the month.
