Application procedure
- Look at KU’s jobbank:
- Look at abstracts from reports of projects in practice done by other students.
- Look at travel reports at Students Services.
- Apply for the Erasmus placement grant
- The Central International Office administers the Erasmus placement grant.
- The following documents must be sent to Marianne Stig ()
- Application (unfortunately only in Danish, but stop by the Secretariat for Internationalisation and we will help you fill it out).
- The pre-authorization form
- The pre-authorisation form is the one you fill out in connection with your project in practice.
- Training agreement and quality commitment
- The training agreement and quality commitment needs to be signed by the Secretariat for Internationalisation. Please hand it in along (by email, post or in person) with you pre-authorisation form. The Secretariat for Internationalisation cannot sign your training agreement and quality commitment unless you have a signed pre-authorisation form.
- Read about the application, training agreement and quality commitment. (ONLY IN DANISH)
- Your application will be processed and you will be notified through your KUnet email account. So please remember to check your KUnet email account regularly!
- If your application gets accepted, you will receive a grant letter on your KUnet email account along with a payment form and the Erasmus Charter Contract.
- The payment form and the Erasmus Charter Contract must be filled in and signed and then sent to .
- After your internship you must send a Certification of Participation, travel report and a list of expenses to
