Where can I study abroad?

LIFE has bilateral partnership agreeements with approximately 120 universities around the world and is also a member of international networks.

Check the list of Bachelor and Master programmes below to find focus partners within your subject area you may wish to consider applying to.

If you would like to know in which countries you can find LIFEs partner universities, you can click on the rotating world below and find a list of partner universities for each country. If you are interested in a specific university and would like to know more, you can visit their website by clicking on the name of the university.

Partners:

You can find the list of general bilateral agreements on the University of Copenhagen´s website.

One of the advantages of choosing to study at one of LIFE's partner universities is that the Secretariat for Internationalisation will be able to help you throughout the process from planning and applying to your return.
You may also choose to organise a study abroad period on your own at a non-partner university. Read more about how to organise a study abroad period at a non-partner university.

Focus partners by programme (BSc/MSc)

Tips:

  • Ask Around                                                                                                           Talk to students who have studied abroad and talk to the teaching staff. They may have experiences with and connections to partner institutions abroad and be able to give you advice.
  • Attend Events                                                                                                       Attend study abroad events. These are advertised regularly under "News" on the Study Abroad webpage and by Student Services.
  • Relevant Websites                                                                                     Read LIFE's Study Abroad webpages and other relevant webpages such as the University of Copenhagen's study abroad webpage, the Danish Agency for International Education's Grib Verden or read more about studying abroad at the international exchange site EDU-Danmark.
  • Testimonials                                                                                                        If you would like to know where other students have studied abroad, student testimonials in Danish are available at KU's website. You can also read testimonials from several LIFE students who have studied abroad (see "Student Testimonials" and "The Erasmus Experiences".) Reports by LIFE students who have studied abroad can also be found in the Student Services office.
