Student jobs
Many students choose to have a student job while studying. As an international student you can apply for a work permit allowing you to work 15 hours pr. week and full time in June, July and August. Average wages for student jobs are 100 DKK per hour.
Students work in all types of jobs in Denmark - as cleaning staff, in restaurants and shops or in companies or public institutions as interns or student help.
A student job may be a good way to gain some working experience. However, please note that your studies will be demanding and that your studies will take up most of your time, so do not plan on financing your studies with a student job.
