Studying at the Faculty of Life Sciences

When studying at LIFE, you become part of an open-minded, friendly and vibrant international study environment in which research meets education.

At the annual Commemoration at the University of Copenhagen on Thursday 18 November 2010, LIFE's Student Associaion (DSR) won the university's international study environment award for its work on integrating international and Danish students.

Read what current international students think about studying at LIFE and see a film about why you should choose to study at LIFE.

One of the things LIFE's international students emphasise about LIFE's campus is the green and natural surroundings with the horticultural gardens. Others note the Greenhouse Café and popular Friday bar or the moderne library. Or LIFE being a multi-facetted university faculty with many different types of students. And yet others emphasise the many student associations or the unique Danish academic culture which encompasses direct and open interaction between students and teachers - in and out of class.

You can also get a visual impression of LIFE's campus and facilities in our 360 degree picture gallery.
