Scholarships
The Research School of Environmental Chemistry, Microbiology, and Toxicology (RECETO) is able to fund a post-doctorate position for a period of up to 6 months. Note that the grant should be spent within 2011!
To qualify for such a position, the following criteria must be fulfilled:
- The post-doctorate work must be part of a specific research project that is shared between two or more of the RECETO partners and that targets topics within the RECETO research fields.
- The contribution of the post-doc participant must lead to the publication of one or more papers in internationally refereed journals.
- The post-doc candidate must contribute to one or more RECETO activities, such as RECETO intensive courses, symposia, or workshops, the initiation of cooperation with the industry, or the development of IP material.
Deadline for application is May 15, 2011. Note that the money should be spent within 2011.

The Research School of Environmental Chemistry, Microbiology, and Toxicology (RECETO) announces the availability of a number of travel grants for affiliated Ph.D. students who need to travel abroad to take Ph.D. courses that are critical for their Ph.D. studies and for which an equivalent course is not offered at RECETO partner institutions.
The course topics should relate to environmental chemistry, microbiology, and toxicology and should give credit for at least 6 ects.
Applications can be submitted to the RECETO secretariat at any time. Note that the money should be spent within 2011.

The Research School of Environmental Chemistry, Microbiology, and Toxicology (RECETO) is able to offer a number of Scholar Stipends of DKK 30,000 each for particularly talented M.Sc. thesis students. The stipends are given to support innovative thesis research projects within environmental chemistry, microbiology, and toxicology, which are carried out together with one or more of the research groups that are members of RECETO. Support is given to students who want to complete their thesis work with submission of a peer-reviewed research paper to international journals. Applications can be submitted at the start of thesis work and until 2 months before completion of the thesis.
