Getting paid – starting a career

As a PhD student at LIFE, you are both enrolled at LIFE and employed by the university or a company. With a scholarship from LIFE, you receive a monthly salary of at least 24,500 Danish kroner (enough for a good standard of living) as well as funding to cover operational costs. A PhD project at LIFE therefore provides you with more than just a world-class research degree – it is the beginning of your career.
